Skyrim posts

Fucking mages >:I
Fucking Thalmor >:I

I've been feeling bad for not updating this blog more regularly, so I figured I might as well post some goofy screenshots of Skyrim acting up on me!

I actually haven't been playing any new games, and there's a lot going on in the background, and I figured I'd go ahead and post some goofy images and talk about that.

I've been talking on the podcast for a while now, almost a year or so about getting a website set up -- and the problem is, there are websites like Squarespace which are cheap webhosting, but the templates they provide aren't compatible with the method of website I'd put up, it's more of a portfolio/artistic side of things while I'm hoping for something more akin to this very blogsite. There's an option to buy a domain for Blogger and do things that way, but I'm not sure how all of that would work out, considering a handful of things we'd need to have setup in the process.

It's something that I'd need to sit down and commit a lot of time to, and for seemingly no reason, because our podcast isn't popular enough yet for us to require a website, forums and the like because our average listener base is around 100 people, and it's been slowly expanding, but the relative radio silence in regards to emails, comments and the like lead me to believe that we're okay without a platform for our listeners for a while longer.

To keep it short: It's something I'm working on and constantly thinking about, but there's no pressing need for it so I'm dragging my feet.

In regards to actually creating content: I'm very likely going to pick up a capture card in the near future for PS4 gameplay capturing as well as to reduce the framedrop while recording on my PC, and worst case scenario I can't actually stream anything, so I'm relegated to just making videos on youtube.

Once games start dropping I'll start putting out reviews, I'm hoping to maybe start doing other video content and the like, but that'll all have to wait for me to finally commit to a capture card, which I'm still uneasy on.

Anyways, if any of my readers have any comments or criticisms, you can contact Grim & Myself on Twitter (I'm xBlyr, he's LordShadowDuck), or send an email to me directly - darknesssage@hotmail.com . My email has been public for a while in the "contact me" section of the page, it's just we get so little traffic and the page is designed poorly enough that I always wonder if anyone can even find it.
